Our ERP allows the management of your forecasts and orders in the best conditions: setting up a specific stock, safety stocks.
If you choose to supply part of the electronic components yourself, we can manage your stock on deposit with us by integrating it into our ERP. A stock status is then immediately available and freely consultable.

COMPLETE TRACEABILITY OF COMPONENTS
At VESTALE, we are able to ensure complete traceability of the components mounted on electronic boards.
Each batch of components is identified by a unique label used throughout the production chain.
This label is specific to the component and includes the following information: serial number, batch, and manufacturing date, manufacturer’s name and location.
All electronic components are tracked and traced in our dedicated ERP for purchases. Their traceability is ensured on each manufactured card.
Thanks to this tracking, we thus guarantee complete traceability of your components.

MANAGING MOISTURE SENSITIVE COMPONENTS
Electronic components have different sensitivities to moisture. During soldering, a moisture-sensitive component can be damaged by internal delamination.
To avoid this, before assembly, the component must be kept in a dry atmosphere.
At VESTALE, we master the management of MSL (Moisture Sensitive Level) components in compliance with the IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standard.
We efficiently manage moisture-sensitive components and guarantee the quality of the finished products.
To ensure compliance with this standard, we regularly verify our humidity-controlled cabinets.
