Our electronics design office will manage your project, respecting all your requirements (mechanical, electronic, environmental, etc.).
Each progress milestone will be submitted for approval to ensure we arrive at the desired solution.

• Specifications will be drafted in collaboration with you.
• We will study various technical solutions to meet your deadlines and technical constraints.
• We will perform a functional analysis.
• Design, schematics, and component selection will be carried out.
• We will create mock-ups and prototypes.
• We will obtain product certification.

The design data (schematic, bill of materials, constraints, etc.) will be used for routing your boards using our ALtium and Cadence software. Our experience with these programs allows us to deliver even complex projects (multilayer architecture, high frequencies, etc.) within very short timeframes.
Each stage of the process is validated before the final documentation is delivered (Gerber file, BOM, pick and place diagram, assembly documentation, etc.).

Our 6-step process:

1. Analysis of the specifications
Consideration of electrical, thermal, mechanical, and EMC constraints.

2. Placement preparation
Optimization of component layout for manufacturing and testing.

3. Track routing
Management of signals, impedance, ground planes, and shielding.

4. Design rule validation
DRC/ERC checks according to IPC standards and customer requirements.

5. Technical and DFM review
Verification of assembly feasibility in coordination with our production workshop (methods department, production manager).

6. Generation of production files
Provision of Gerbers, BOM, Pick & Place, and assembly documents.

On our production lines, you can follow and witness the development of your first models and prototypes; the line will be reserved exclusively for you. The production and control equipment is the same as that used for mass production, allowing for immediate validation of subsequent production stages.
A project is never set in stone from the outset. We will develop it with you, regardless of the number of revisions required.
