MASTERY OF THE PRODUCTION CHAIN

VESTALE carries out the assembly of electronic boards for all types of professional equipment. This production integrates a highly automated and robotized process complemented by conveying equipment that eliminates handling between assembly phases.

To date, our production site based in Nogent Le Roi is equipped with two versatile and flexible assembly lines oriented towards small and medium series.

A manual wiring team complements the automatic assembly lines.

QUALITY CONTROL THROUGHOUT THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Quality control is essential in the process of manufacturing electronic cards.

Throughout this process, the electronic boards are subjected to controls that guarantee quality assembly.

  • SPI control : The equipment allows for quick and precise control of the solder paste deposition on electronic cards.
  • AOI control : The control equipment allows for the rapid, automatic machine verification of the quality and correctness of component wiring on the printed circuit.
  • RX control : VESTALE has X-ray control equipment essential for verifying the conformity of electronic component assemblies on PCBs.
